I'm an Account Manager for a Global Brewery and have worked there for six years now; and my wife works in transaction services at a consulting firm. We previously lived together in Finsbury Park but moved to our flat on Drayton Park in 2024 which was our first home purchase.

I was born in Enfield and have been a season ticket holder at Arsenal for over 20 years, so I'm hugely fond of the area and a proud North Londoner.

In my spare time, when not at games, I enjoy golf, running, going to the cinema and trying out the amazing cuisine London has to offer.

I have been a leaseholder and resident at Drayton Park for the past seven years, after my wife and I bought our first home together within the development. Before moving here, we lived in Cambridge, but we have since fallen in love with Highbury and the fantastic community and lifestyle the area offers.

Originally from Mexico, I have lived in the UK for 22 years. I first came here to study for a master’s degree and now work as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specialising in the development of consumer and medical products.

Outside of work, I enjoy homebrewing, running and outdoor activities. One of the things I value most about Drayton Park is its excellent access to parks and green spaces, alongside the many great pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby.

I am passionate about helping make the development an even better place to live — giving leaseholders greater control over our finances and living environment, while also protecting and enhancing the long-term value of our homes, whether we choose to live here, rent our flats out, or sell in the future.

I have been a leaseholder at Drayton Park since 2017. I am originally from Yorkshire but have lived in north London for over 40 years. I am a senior manager at Barts Health NHS Trust, which manages five hospitals across north east London, where I have worked in various roles since 2004.

I have two adult daughters who lived with me at Drayton Park but have now moved out.

Having experience of three different management companies since 2017 I am keen to support a RTM to maintain Drayton Park to a high standard, provide us with value for money and develop strong leaseholder involvement.
